Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the same day booking, "day of" booking, failure to arrive, or early departures will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total stay (full room and tax).
• Last minute cancellations are non-refundable.  This means if you book on the same day, your cancellation is non-refundable.
• This policy applies year-round with no seasonal variations.
