The John Wayne Suite is a warm and welcoming western-inspired retreat located on the main floor of the Inn, right next to the Lewis & Clark Suite. It is the only guest room that neighbors another suite, offering easy access to the kitchen, where you can pour yourself a fresh cup of coffee and step out onto the main-level deck overlooking the bay.

This comfortable suite features a king bed, dresser, Smart TV, large closet, and a private in-room bathroom. Bathrobes are provided, with extra pillows and blankets available upon request.

Inspired by legendary actor and filmmaker John Wayne — born Marion Robert Morrison and affectionately known as “Duke” — this suite was designed as a tribute to Marc’s childhood love of cowboys and western films. Keep an eye out for the fun western artifacts and details thoughtfully placed throughout the room.

Guests of the Inn enjoy access to spacious common living areas, a game room, and two large shared decks perfect for dining, relaxing, and taking in the beautiful bay views. Please note there are no private balconies attached to any guest rooms.

The private dock is available for fishing and swimming, and guests can also enjoy the hot tub reserved exclusively for Inn guests. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are available to rent for exploring the water. The Inn is within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of downtown Bigfork, with nearby hiking trails, biking, and golf for endless outdoor adventure.
